The present General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons wishing to make a purchase via the BOISSY boissychaussures.fr website, hereinafter referred to as "the customer" and, on the other hand, the BOISSY company, whose head office is located at 36-38 Route du Puy, 43150 LAUSSONNE and registered under the SIRET number: 58655008900013, hereinafter referred to as "BOISSY ".


These conditions concern exclusively non-trading individuals.


1 / ORDER

The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Orders are payable in euros only, including VAT.


An invoice detailing the items ordered and any delivery charges is systematically sent by email when the order is dispatched and a delivery note is attached to the package. BOISSY undertakes to honour the orders received within the limits of available stocks.


The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing his/her order. The validation of the customer's order therefore implies acceptance of these General Sales Conditions.

 


2 / SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Packages are shipped to Metropolitan France, overseas regions and the entire European Union. Items are shipped from Monday to Friday inclusive. Delivery times for Colissimo and Mondial Relay shipments are generally observed. BOISSY cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. The verification of payments may lead to a delay in the processing of orders and therefore a delay in delivery.

Incorrect delivery: we invite you to check the condition of your package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears to have been opened, we invite you to refuse delivery of the package to your home and ask to collect your package from the post office. You will then be able to check the contents of the parcel on the spot and draw up a report of anomaly if any element of the delivery is missing. No claim can be accepted by BOISSY after signing for and accepting the package. 

 


3 / AVAILABILITY

Information on the availability of products is provided to the customer at the time of placing the order. If a product proves to be unavailable after the order has been placed, BOISSY undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The order will be automatically cancelled and the corresponding amount will not be debited from the customer's bank account. 

 


4 / RETURNS

 


Satisfied or refunded:

- Any item purchased on boissychaussures.com can be fully refunded.


- The customer has a legal period of withdrawal of 15 days from the date of receipt of items.

 


Refund within 24 hours after receipt:

- The customer must make a return request to our services at the following address: contact@boissysa.com. After validation of the return request, and upon receipt of the parcel, BOISSY will judge the perfect condition of the articles and will proceed with the reimbursement within 24 hours by re-crediting the bank card used for payment.


- No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly worn, damaged, worn out, damaged or their packaging damaged, making the product unfit for resale.


- If the return is refused by BOISSY, the articles will be returned to the customer at the expense of BOISSY without the customer being able to demand a refund or any compensation. 

 


5 / SALE PRICE, PAYMENT TERMS

The prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT at the current rate of 20%, excluding shipping costs. BOISSY reserves the right to change the price of the articles at any time. The articles and any costs will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered. The products remain the property of BOISSY until full payment has been received.

The payment of online articles is made by credit card. The cards accepted are : Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.

 


6 / PAYMENT SECURITY

The BOISSY company does everything in its power to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the Internet. The transaction is carried out and secured by the Crédit Agricole. The website uses a payment module. 

 


7 / VERIFICATION OF PAYMENTS

BOISSY reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the person who placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payment.
This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence and/or bank documents (bank details or cancelled cheque). The absence of a response from the customer to a request of this type within a period of 2 days following the request made by BOISSY will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent complaint.
BOISSY shall also be at liberty to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order which presents one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of a bank card.

10 / APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

The present contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

11 / COMMENTS, CRITICISM, COMMUNICATION

All reviews submitted by the customer are monitored and moderated by the marketing team. If the comments violate the law and ethics (abusive advertising, defamatory comments, insults, comments out of context, etc.) the seller reserves the right to refuse or modify the review concerned.
